Our wooden box sash windows are created in the traditional style meaning they are suitable for period properties, including those in conservation areas, but with improved thermal and acoustic performance - thanks to double glazing and weather-stripping.

Material European Softwood with Sapele Hardwood cills
Mechanism Traditional Cords and Weights (Spring Balanced mechanism optional if you don’t have conservation requirements and you’re after a more economical solution)
Glazing 4/16/4tough/tough low E argon filled factory double glazing to meet Part L
Glazing bars 20mm applied ovolo glazing bars if required
Glazing Internally glazed
Paint 3 coats of micro-porous paint in white RAL 9010 (dual colour, stain or any other RAL colour also available)
Parting bead Timber
Ironmongery Polished Chrome sash catch and lifts + ring pull + sash lock and restrictor (Other available colours: Brass, Antique Brass, Satin Chrome)
Weatherseals Fully weather-stripped
